This policy explains what personal information Webiclouds IT Solutions (“Webiclouds”, “we”, “us”) collects through webiclouds.com, why we collect it and what choices you have. If you have a question about it, email sonali@webiclouds.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, email address, website URL, country, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range and your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter we receive your email address.
- Booking a call. Calls are booked through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy and shares the booking with us.
- WhatsApp and email. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number or email address and the messages you send.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. This uses cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare an audit or quote, and deliver work you ask us to do.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand and improve how the website performs.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Legal basis (UK and EU visitors)
We process enquiry information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, newsletter data on the basis of your consent, and analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a usable website.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we use to run the business: our website host (Hostinger), our email provider, Calendly, WhatsApp (Meta) and Google Analytics. These providers may process data outside your country. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are discussing or doing work together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR or California law), you can ask to see, correct, delete or export the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email sonali@webiclouds.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and for basic site functions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
